Leaders can be 80 years old before rolling death checks (and have a default mean age of 88). There's a policy that adds 20 years, a tech that adds 10 (plus a repeatable one that adds +5 each time), and one trait that adds 80 years, plus a harmony tradition adding 20 years. That's 218 years on average or so without any ascension paths, or special events. With the right choices and events, you can pick up another 25 with a bit of luck, and have +25 years to live with the resilient trait. Adding onto this 243-268 year average, biological ascension people can add 50 years through special engineering, cyborgs get 40 years, and psionics may get +20....And have a very special person live forever.
