This is confirmed by Trump rambling about Elton John and music - it's a message that of course 123.47 is supposed to be a musical note. Then Trump says brain a bunch of times. A series of "brain." A Serial Brain. This is the popular Q-whisperer / prolific /r/greatawakening shitposter who posted this fever dream in the first place.

This wouldn't even be acceptable for a low rate ARG.
