We are all proud of these brave men and women who run our countries. Some do well and a few might need some constructive feedback so they don't drive their country to the ground for fun and profit. Something to get you started: Heads of ... wikipedia My one and only favorite is Joseph Kabila Kabange, president of the Democratic Republic of Congo After he got daddy killed and blamed Rwanda he manages to drive his country into a downward spiral like no other. Congo's vast natural resources are good for his bank account, so he told his population he didn't feel like holding elections when his second term ran out in 2016. He ticks almost all the boxes: human rights violations, child soldiers, exstensive sexual violence, poor health infrastucture, corruption, ... His country also gave the world ebola. The best is yet to come: Joseph manages to do all this while looking like an 80s porn star. I give you Joseph Kabila Kabange:

While we're on horrible people that made the world worse: Vidkun Quisling distinguished himself by having his nose so far up Hitler's rear end that his name became a byword for collaborator.
