the dumb chart with all the arrows is claiming that top part: when the current price crosses above the moving average thats good middle part: when the "moving average divergence" switches from negative to positive thats good bottom part: when the "relative strength index" apparently does anything at all thats good. usually people only say its good when it was the bottom interval and becomes above it its all total bullshit pseudoscience and mostly makes money by being able to create a lot of confusing diagrams that convince people to pay you money to read them for you
