Drivethru link here, some immediate thoughts here.

At a first look, I think they've done a really good job of recapturing the rules-lightness of the game (it was about the most rules-light RPG in existence when it came out), broadening the concept just enough that you could potentially use it for non-Ghostbusters stuff so long as it still involved a certain amount of comedic spirit-chasing (Scooby Doo would work great with it), and generally adding just enough fresh new features to qualify as an all-round improvement on the original. (They bring in a couple of concepts from Ghostbusters International, but they go waaaaay light with both of them to avoid cluttering poo poo up needlessly like that edition did.)
