It tends to be Branson and Hudson, but maybe every few episodes it can have anywhere from 3 to 5 people , atl ast as far as my ears make it

I'm on the E1 discord and there is a "suggest ideas for episodes" and you can clearly see the episode ideas with legs and those without Like "what if Alex and Branson but sneaker heads" vs something like cash Kia that has well thought out situation and characters

I enjoyed the latest guided meditation but it was lighting in a bottle. The combo of screaming electric guitars and monotonous voice and imagery really worked for me and how I chill out to a podcast, mentally dipping in and out. To new and exciting scenes
