I made a pinterest account a few years back but I was instantly swamped by pictures of fruits in bowls, and fine wooden floorings and tables, and all kinds of really creepy stuff like that. I couldn't handle it.

i tried it once and it wouldn't let me see anything without registering so i installed a script to block that, but then it seems every time i go there and click a pic i don't get a big version of the pic? it just loads random other pinterest pages? or, i get "something went wrong" errors even with the script disabled why are people using this?

Pinterest is where I looked up anatomy tutorials to try to teach myself faces and then got bombarded with recommendations for half-naked half-drawn anime girls. Then I looked up Warhammer 40k paint schemes and the same thing happened, so I don't know how that site works either.

Promoting something like Thunderdome would probably bring in wannabe author accounts if Pinterest is approaching you about promoting this website through their site. I can't think of anything else that would pair with Pinterest but i'm sure there are other corners of this website that would appeal to whoever uses Pinterest.
