Maribelle is a surprisingly fantastic character all told, though, and her support with Gaius is one of my favorites in the series.

To be fair though, Gaius has pretty excellent supports in general. I think his supports with Chrom are really good at fleshing out both characters and I love his supports with Maribelle, Lissa, and the avatar.
