I feel like most of the ranges are perfectly fine but I only play little games of Sigmar. I've been playing fish elves with some trees for bulk. Idoneth could use more models, but they're also a brand new faction so I'm ok with the current options because they're all either good or great and the models own.

Is there a decent mounted knights way to play AOS? I have some fish elves but I'd like to paint some cavalry and potentially use them in small games. Would go down the path of Vampires if they can do it because I love me some vampires. Could also stomach Chaos.

I've actually got some metal Blood Knights and a Dragon Knight converted to a mounted VC Lord in a box (dragon prince with some mutilated metal vc bling). Maybe I'll dig them out and try to make a list. I've got a Mortarch kit sitting around gathering dust too because I got distracted by turtle battle platform. Man a Khorne starter box and a box of chaos knights is a pretty tempting start to a cav force. Not classy like a vampire or order knight, but these models are pretty cool plus I've never played skull edgelords in 25 years of gw slavery. I've got total army paralysis for aos. I wanted a cav army (weird cav) so I've been thinking about Khorne crusher army or an elite Akhelian Corps army because I like the sea and I have an Akhelian King already. Now I'm looking at Sylvaneth because GW keep advertising the poo poo at me and I'm like "maybe they'll get more models soon and the faction will be fleshed out more". What's a good colour mix for bleached coral. My Idoneth are getting a sad barrier Reef theme  It's hard to try and get it whiter than bone but not white, I'll try and get some flecks of lots of different colours in there very, very muted.

Do you reckon GW gets frustrated that their "starter boxes" just get picked up by people already in the hobby on day one and then chopped down and sold to other people that are already in the hobby? I guess the basic ones are always available but Looncurse going immediately seems to defeat the point of it existing. Or is it just to get people started in another army, idk.

Two of my favorite games in the genre are Path of Exile, and Diablo III. Chaosbane leans more heavily towards Diablo III. The combat is smooth, responsive, and at least in the early game upgrades and loot come really fast. I am in phase one of VinceMcMahonReaction.gif

Right now with a shark they're 1000 points almost exactly which is good since the club I've started going to has a fair few new armies around that value. I think if I expand from here it's going to be two more sharks and turtle power, then I'll probably bulk up on eels. It's such a fun cav army.
