Hey Dafrugalgamer, thanks for taking the time to make that list. I do in fact have a problem with Derek Carr being so low! He was an MVP front runner in 2016 until he broke his leg and then broke his back in 2017.

He's good

Derek carr is terrible under pressure , and its only going to get worse now that he got severely injured. If your QB sucks under pressure he sucks period.

I would submit that having a reliable veteran in Jordy Nelson and a brand new OC taking advantage of Carr's strengths (time 2 release) will only help.

Follow up question, isn't Russell Wilson ranked a little high? Higher than Brady?

We will see rankings can change based on performance not speculation...

Tom Brady career basically over and no Russel Willson is right where he belongs, I bet Tom ends up even lower this year once the season starts

why is Tom Brady at #7? He sucks and should probably be closer to #35, IMO.

e: swapping him and Stafford would be a good start to fixing this cursed list, IMO.

Please don't clog up this thread with trolling, an argument can be made for him falling out of the top 5 but not top 10 imo

"closer to 35" could mean any position less than #7 :colbert:.

Anyway he's gonna be 41 and I know Touchdown Tom and all that but there aren't a lot of QBs who have had great 40yr+ seasons. Brett Favre had that one magical Minnesota season but fell off the loving cliff the next year.

He just made it to the super bowl and he looked regressed but he is still too 10 until he actually plays really bad , right now ur just speculating

Yes I'll have to do bit of research for that - for instance how old is Matt Ryan? I have no idea

1. Aaron Rodgers

2. Russell Wilson
Maybe one or two spots too high, but you are a Seahawks fan so it's ok
3. Drew Brees
agree
4. Philip Rivers
Needs to swap with Roethlisberger
5. Matt Ryan
Agree
6. Ben Roethlisberger
see Rivers
7. Tom Brady
I would put him above Roethlisberger but below Brees
8. Carson Wentz
has one decent season and one good one, too early to rank him that high
9. Kirk Cousins
Agree
10. Alex Smith
Agree
11. Matt Stafford
probably should be above Smith and Cousins
12. Andrew Luck
Hard to say, good history but hasn't played in over a year and is not throwing full sized football's yet
13. James Winston
Swap with Tyrod Taylor
14. Deshaun Watson
Too small of a sample size due to injury
15. Andy Dalton
Agree
16. Tyrod Taylor
See Winston
17. Nick Foles
Would put Cam here
18. Dak Prescott
Probably should be a few spots lower
19. Blake Bortles
definitely belongs in the low 20s
20. Cam Newton
see foles
21. Jared Goff
22. Joe Flacco
23. Marcus Mariota
24. Eli Manning
25. Sam Bradford
26. Ryan Tannehill
27. Jimmy Garappolo
28. Patrick Mahomes
29. Austin Davis
Hahaha have you ever seen him actually PLAY
30. Derek Carr
31. Case keenum
32. Josh Mcown
33. Jacony brisset
34. Mitchell Trubisky
35. AJ mcarron

How many Championships?
Brady throws for 505 yards, 3 TDs and no INTs in the Super Bowl vs. the #4 ranked D in the league. Throws 8 INTs in 581 passes. Leads the league in passing yards, 3rd in TDs.

7th best QB.

Until he actually starts slowing down/regresses he's the best QB in the league. That hasn't happened yet.

She could of have been so much more but the writers just didn't care!

High on the Lions.

Eric Ebron drops wide open passes.

Abdullah runs the ball for a 1yd gain up the middle as our interior offensive line is pushed backwards.

Stafford's protection collapses approx 1 second after the snap. (7.7% sack rate, the SECOND highest among GOOD QBs) (Aaron Rodgers 8.2%, Russel Wilson 7.2%)

65% completion percentage, 4.4k yards, 29TD, 10 INT.

And he does all this while constantly protecting his wife's vagina from Golden Tate.

It's always mind boggling how underrated Stafford is.
