My feeling about the Greenwald thing is that it's possible for someone to be "correctly wrong" in a situation like this. Like, it makes sense to be skeptical of intelligence agencies and attempts to claim foreign interference, even if those claims end up being true. Even if he ends up wrong, I think it's better to have the instinct to be skeptical in that situation than to instinctively just support everything the CIA/FBI and politicians claim.

Basically, I think it's important that our media have people like Greenwald who default to skepticism of government claims, even if those claims have the possibility of ending up true. Given that almost all of the rest of the mainstream media just blindly accepts everything the government says, it's important to have that counter-voice.
expressing skepticism doesn't mean you're wrong if new evidence dispels the skepticism

glenn greenwald is just one of the most prominent 'left' journalists that constantly expresses skepticism over the liberal mainstream russian collusion narrative because of lack of evidence. he is willing to give credence to the potential that the obama administration or national state agencies were unfairly targeting the trump campaign

if you haven't noticed, liberals have all gone along with screaming about russian collusion ever since the election ended, they don't tolerate dissent, and this has veered into insane territory with claiming jill stein is a russian stooge or that time traveling russian hackers framed you with inflammatory blog posts

The thing about the common "oh, they paid it back and we made a $15.3 billion profit on $426.4 billion invested after six years" defense of the bailout is that it doesn't account for inflation, normally when banks give loans to us, they get compounding interest on it and a lot more profit than 3.5% for all that risk, or 0.5% per year, especially considering the mortgages were worthless. The profit is also never reported as having taken into account inflation. Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Alan Blinder and Moody's Analytics Chief Economist Mark Zandi claim the financial crisis would have been much worse without it, but I figure that doesn't mean they couldn't have addressed the financial crisis another way.
if you ignore quantitative easing and the fed buying trillions of toxic assets to make bankers whole then you can get away with these statements

edit:
quantitative easing involved the fed giving banks extremely generous loans of .1% interest rates

buying toxic assets means the fed buys worthless securities at near pre-crash prices to make the bankers whole on their fraudulent lending (while kicking literally millions of families out of their homes)

I mean we all know why but I had never thought of the economy as a thing that people make, instead thinking about it as some sort of external force that needed to be appeased. We don't need to re-train people, we need to make jobs that they can do.

I drove today and had NPR on again

NPR was apocalyptic about the trump-putin meeting

NPR informed the audience that russia was an adversary and not an ally

NPR pushed the narrative that normally the media has a responsibility to present a both sides narrative on issues related to the presidency but that this event they referred to as a "singularity" required a "slightly" different role for the media

NPR wondered aloud to itself why republican voters don't care about the russiagate issue when asked and polled. they then pushed a narrative that it's hard for someone to admit that they were duped and started talking about trump rallies sponsored by that russian internet social media agency

they of course did not allow any counterbalancing views during these segments
