After it sat outdoors uncovered for most of the last 8 years , I spent hours upon hours polishing this thing: The humidity in the air will be enough moisture to turn all that chrome to solid rust. I torque front axle pinch-bolts by feel. I torque axles by ugga-dugga. (3/8" cordless.)
