Not is NSW, but VCAT is pretty straight forward and I'd imagine the two are similar. Pay your $60 or whatever for the hearing and expect the business to not show so you automatically win. If they do turn up, having your receipt and dates in order is all you'll need. It's a short sharp process, you don't need to do anything other then say what you paid for, when you paid for it, what has gone wrong and show the documentation.

The greens allegations are loving terrible. How loving dumb do you have to be a progressive organisation to not have disciplinary systems and protection for you volunteers though? It's the absolute best way to protect your brand, as opposed to the worst way which is to try and paper over allegations of rape.

I frequently have to take taxis for work and they're very often the most hostile, uncomfortable environments to be in before having to meet with someone or apply yourself to a situation. I got out of a cab one day, refused to pay and called a second because this bloke just would not shut the gently caress up about uber and in particular uber driving Indians. I had to repeatedly ask him to give me some peace and he thought that meant he wasn't angry and loud enough for me to understand the problem.
