Maybe stop going to the gym. Or stop flying? I mean they both sound productive towards your health, but, if it is giving you problems, I guess you have to cut something out! If it was me I would cut out the gym and keep doing super hero style flying!?! Definitely some benefits there!

If you fly everywhere then your legs will loose their strength. So I always recommend that super heroes start taking brisk walks 4x a week before beginning weight training.
