the magic leap one is a $2,300 ar headset that works nearly as well as the microsoft hololense, except it doesn't fit so if you order one they will send a man to your house to put it on your head also, if you want a cable to plug it in to the little pocket computer that makes it work, you have to pay another $500, and then another $200 for the lenses if you need glasses so, lol

I am kinda intrigued about the multiple focal point light field display tech they are using, supposedly the hologram image is much more solid and believable than the hololens because focus works naturally (if you focus on something close to your face, the virtual objects in the distance become blurry) .. probably less prone to eyestrain like that, too. But it sucks that it's tethered to an anaemic portable hockey puck computer instead of running off a powerful desktop GPU Maybe in a generation or two this stuff will be amazing
