Nah. 'Casinos' were a Mittani talking point, I mean- sure alliances were getting funded in small part by Lenny and Co., but half the things he said he'd pay for, he never actually paid for (which somehow hurt BFM the most).

PL had been swimming in money from years of Tech mining before this, even BR-5 didn't break the PL war chest. Sorry the title of the PL Campaign update doesn't fit your narrative.

Honestly ECM has been kinda bad design since the start. Exploding is one thing, but being on the grid the entire fight while being unable to do anything at all because you can't lock poo poo is stupid.

Also knowing CCP they're going to put this in, but if two ships are jamming you, you still can't target either because they both exclude eachother.
