seriously though, all social media platforms with over 5 million users should be nationalized through imminent domain to protect the 1st amendment since they are essential to the existence of an healthy public debate necessary to a functioning republic, and any corporate control over that is a threat to free speech

The real point is eminent domain doesn't apply to companies.
