Oh my God I feel like an idiot for missing this, I've been looking forward to it like Christmas, what are my options here, there doesn't seem to be an obvious "here here please take my money" button on the kickstarter page since the finding ended

I am still waiting for the proof copy of the book to be shipped to me so I can proofread it. I paid a lot of money for that option so I am waiting to see if it arrives. If it doesn't I will order the print run blind and just have the copies all sent to the distributor, but I want to avoid that because I've never compiled a book before and I'm pretty sure I hosed at least some part of it up. But it's taking a while, so if it doesn't arrive soon I will just order it to go to press.
