I've always found that the guy has a weird serial killer whispery voice. Then there is the whole arc with him divorcing his wife, getting a new girlfriend, breaking up with her, going to India to meet his new wife (kinda lost track at that point). I think he removed all of those.

I unfollowed EEVBlog Dave a long time ago, because of the things you mentioned. He has interesting content but waffles on and on and on, and also he's a chud. Otherwise, thank you very much for posting your list namlosh, I can see we share a lot of subscriptions in common so the ones I don't know yet are most welcome and I'll definitely be checking them out!

It's okay to watch youtubes you like, not everything has to be subjected to an ideological purity test imo. I think most youtubers are smart enough to leave their political views out of their videos. but when it comes to channels like EEVBlog, AvE, and (ugh) Zip Ties & Bias Plies (in order of chuddiness) when they start actively propagandizing their politics it stops being a fun youtube video about technology or antics and it starts getting actively disgusting then yeah, I'm out. A couple other channels come to mind like South Main Auto (Eric O.) and Pine Hollow Auto Diagnostics (Ivan). Their content is excellent and you can learn a lot about car diagnostics. Both of them, and Eric O especially, seem like good honest dudes that wouldn't do anyone wrong. But they're both conservative. Are they on the "nazi" list? Idk I haven't checked. But they generally keep their politics out of their videos so I keep watching.

I just want to set it and forget it, and have somebody else do the hard work of playing cat and mouse with google. pihole doesn't work for youtube depending on your TV, you can jailbreak it. i have an LG tv that I've jailbroken and i use youtube adfree on it and it's an absolute godsend on iphone you can use adguard and start like a special ad free safari tab especially for YouTube, but that only works within safari and not in the youtube app. afaik there's no way to block ads in the official YouTube app paying money for YouTube premium works in all cases p.s: I heard that you can get an indian YouTube premium account by using a vpn and changing your accounts location and the subscription is way cheaper that way. haven't looked into that at all though so no idea if that's still true
