I am absolutely going to play some goddamn anarchy online in 2019 I have no idea what class I'm going to play I like all of them but let's be honest probably just roll a nano technician and kite my way to Glory Or perhaps an enforcer or doctor Or I could just roll a trader

Their mobility makes them a must have for groups on RK, especially if you need to traverse large distances. Thank you fixer grid and instameep

The people in game tend to be as helpful as any ive played with in any game. most of the game is veterans at this point- and most of us remember what starting out was like

Some might be waiting until it's a little higher too. 20 really isnt great in this game imo, but ultimately the slower cap is better for new/less advanced players which is probably better for the game overall.
