Oh poo poo that's actually cool, I hear Garbage is still a great live show. When you're watching a league that hires a washed up Justin Timberlake and Maroon goddamn 5 for its premier show, you take what you can get.

CyberPingu posted:JT did a pretty good SB half time show tbh. The audio was off but that's not his fault. Haha uhh we're gonna have to agree to disagree on that one, because I thought it was a disaster. Super boring, and it was just him. Sung NSYNC stuff but didn't bring in any of the other guys. The weird awkward "club" under the stands. And of course: https://youtu.be/6aBO1E_cSiU Super Bowl Selfiiies!

Ches Neckbeard posted:Shad Khan dropped his bid to buy Wembly. Can't wait to see how Britain handles the NFL trying to strong arm them into building a mult-billion dollar stadium for a team they don't want. The new Spurs stadium is built for NFL, so that would probably be a contender for a new team.

Psh, call me when their line blocks real pass rushers, like DeMarcus Lawrence or Aaron Donald

A lot of those are clever, but Burnt Ends is clever and very KC. So it shall be.

Here's a deeper dive on Seattle's offensive line improvement. https://touchdownwire.usatoday.com/2018/10/17/seahawks-offensive-line-turnaround-proves-the-value-of-actual-coaching/ I'm still not sure how much of it has to do with coaching and how much has to do with improved line/RB health and a full year of Duane Brown, but the level of improvement in Germain Ifedi and JR Sweezy has been undeniable. DJ Fluker has been a fantastic pickup so far too, which...who saw that coming? Very happy the team isn't running out Luke Joeckel and Rees Odihambo anymore. But I have a hard time seeing any of that gelling without Solari's coaching. Anyway, have fun with Tom Cable, Raiders fans!

The Seahawks did something similar with Tom Johnson early this season, released him to add depth at LB or whatever, with the understanding that they'd re-sign him immediately after the game he fuckin bailed to Minnesota lol

He might win it, he's been outstanding. Lots of people made fun of the Browns for their top two picks but Ward is outstanding and Mayfield looks like he could be the real deal So, congrats Browns, hope you don't gently caress this up
