My hot Latina girlfriend does not work at a taqueria and thus has never given me extra tortilla chips.

Plus she is very understanding and loving about my occasional bouts of ED.

Sorry that poo poo got all real for a second!

I actually unironically enjoyed Coheed and Cambria for about five years and I'm also a terrible human being.

I am primarily a metal head and not a Creed fan, but I remember reading in a guitar magazine back in the day that the guitarist is a huge Slayer fan and cites them as his main influence growing up.

I had to look up the name of the song, but that fairly long riff from the song "Torn" is actually pretty cool and really fun to play on guitar. It just feels good. I haven't played it in years though, and would have to figure it back out. Or not, probably not.

Even a broken calendar can be right once a decade for a day, or something.

I've been listening to

for like a week.
I'm an old lady now.
(its not blatantly christmas music, just nice piano/guitar jazz with the occasional, partial riff of a christmas song)

kalel

I think everyone has a "home base" band whose music is what you listen to when you're not sure what you want to hear, but you know you want something. may not be your favorite music, may even have parts you don't like, but it's the kind of music you know you can put on any hour of the day and get into a jam.

anyway I really like pink floyd

I wish I had even that. The only conversation I was able to hold at length yesterday was a discussion about my recent car accident with my cousin who happens to be an insurance adjuster.
