I already wanted DK Metcalf in Buffalo and now he’s not going to last until 9.

Nope, sorry TFF ~hivemind~, this is the only tape study I need on Metcalf.

I must have missed when whatever precedent was set that combine numbers are bullshit, except somehow for the all-important three cone drill.

There are too many d-linemen in this draft. How am I supposed to care about, like, Rashan Gary or Clelin Ferrell?

I’ll stake my claim in the “Kyler Murray will bust” territory.

Last time I did that the player became an MVP his first year as a starter.

Yeah I just had a draft where San Francisco chose DK Metcalf at 2. This site owns.

Daniel Jones is going at 6.

Is it funnier if the Giants draft no QB at all, or reach for a lovely QB :thunk:

What would qualify as a not-funny Giants draft? Haskins at 17?

Matt Miller of Bleacher Report suggested that the Giants are actually interested in Dwayne Haskins at 6 and all the Daniel Jones stuff is a smokescreen.

Makes sense, but I’d feel pretty dumb getting rolled by Gettleman.

I’m sure some draft nerd will tell me “they’re totally different prospects!”, but we’ve been burned by too many Brandon Pettigrew’s and Eric Ebron’s to ever make me want to select a tight end in the early part of the first round.

People are hyping him up as a less injury prone Gronk clone, yeah. Obviously that’d be worth a top 5 pick if accurate.

Oh yeah I know, but I was under the impression that it wasn't as bad as Hurst's and that teams were relatively unconcerned until I saw this report, literally the week of the draft. It's a great way to drop his draft stock.

But I guess he's not even attending the draft so who knows.

Hello sports fans. I try to ignore the draft every year until right about now, so I cracked open WALTER FOOTBALL to see him mocking Drew Lock to the Bengals at 11 and now I think I'm going to ignore it again for a while.

I don't know why I haven't cut Walter Football completely out of my Internet consumption habits. It's hideous and I can only even browse the drat thing on a desktop machine without it crashing.

Opinions I have that are probably wrong about this draft:

Murray doesn't go first. The Cards have been trying to upsell him to get some other team to jump in there, but failing. Will keep Rosen and end up taking one of the pass rushers.

Nobody will trade up for Murray, he probably goes somewhere in the top 10.

Two others QB's will be drafted in the first and they'll be roughly Gabbert and Ponder surrounded by a bunch of stud players at other positions like in 2011.

This is probably wishful thinking as a Bills fan, but my batty prediction is the opposite: three QBs in the top 10.

Talks a lot about the Bilderberg Group and skull measurements. Just socially awkward things like that, nothing racist.
