Her parents were a wolf father and a sheep mother. Her mother died in childbirth, and her father, grief-stricken, put her up for adoption. Then she was 'adopted' by scientists who used her cells to create the first clone, a sheep named Dolly. She later escaped and hid from the scientists by pretending to be a sheep pelt on the back of an obliging wolf. A while later, she acquired a wolf pelt, and used it to pretend to be a wolf. Later still, all this came out and she reunited with her birth-father, who turned out to be Kell's fat, useless brother.



So she's a half-wolf/half-sheep and also the first cousin of the half-wolf/half-rabbit. Kevin and Kell is first and foremost a soap-opera strip, which means the family relations have to be as convoluted as possible.
