You're so close to the end, why not just finish the game before moving on? I think that would be better than leaving it to languish for the rest of the year so you can play goddamn Knack.

The 2-3 hours it'll take to finish RE2 I guarantee you will be a better use of your time than playing Knack. Using the deadline to move on from games that you don't absolutely love would be a better way to handle this project, and that clearly doesn't apply here.
