i say that it is pork. consider: 1) all of the other three you can just toss in a pan and fry but pork is at it's best when filled with preservatives or amalgamated (ie bacon/sausage) 2) only meat where the veggie version can compete as an equal (sausages) 3) neither halal nor kosher

thanksgiving food in general is mostly garbage and theres a reason no one eats that poo poo the other 364 days of the year ham is good though because you end up with a ton of leftovers and make ham sandos for like 2 weeks afterwards

if you can be assed to thaw and butcher a frozen turkey to freeze and save for later it's Maximum Meat Value. It's cheaper per lb than the bags of butcher bones I buy for stock. a 15-16lb bird is about 10 bucks here. A combo meal at Hardees comes out to slightly more.

It's lamb out of your choices OP. Nobody eats lamb But out of the actual mainstream meats, it's probably chicken. I love chicken but its pretty much terrible unless it's been marinated, breaded or fried, preferably all 3. At the very least you want a gravy or some kind of dip to go with it.
