I love that they both have stories of adding one other item into their diet once and their body subsequently falling the gently caress apart. For her it was black pepper. Had a relapse of her arthritis and other poo poo, and for him it was an apple (I think? I can't be assed to go reread that idiocy), and he then "lived with a sense of impending doom and terror for a month and didn't sleep at all for 25 days".
