Also on the off chance anyone wants to read this guy's research, this interview goes into it in depth. When you see families where there is a switch, where the father is the primary caregiver and nurturer, and he’s home and the mother’s out in theworld, I would suggest the couple has figured out together who’s better at what, and have agreed to divide their roles accordingly.
