everyone i know cares far more about data limits for cost or whatever sometimes mobile data fast sometimes not as fast but people just accept it like, life is fine even if instagram not loading instantly

when i was in romania a few years ago i saw an ad for a phone plan that was equivalent what, at the time, you had to get if you bought an iphone in canada -- about a hundred bucks a month for the highest-end download speed and data cap in romania it was 3 euros a month and sold as a teenager's starter plan
