Yeah and like statistically men get interviews at higher rates then women for no other reason then they are men. Like studies have anonymized resumes for companies and suddenly the rate of women getting interviews was parable with the rate they were putting in applications, instead of significantly lower compared to men. It's gotta be even harder for non-white people and especially women of color. There's shitloads of bias out there (intentional or otherwise).
