Its all been kicking off since a terrorist attack killed a load of indian soldiers and india have decided they're sick of the pakistani government supposedly providing support for/not cracking down on the terrorists. I said it in the main D&D thread but Pakistan has a first strike policy and India does not, so that limits what India would be willing to do I'm sure if India got within Islamabad airspace though they'd be nuked immediately.
