We can always check the Epic Games Store Roadmap. Let's see... a shopping cart is listed as "Up Next" where it's been since July 2021. Of course achievements have been in the "Up Next" category since April 2020 and are just now coming out, so Epic has a generous definition of what "Up Next" means as a time frame.
