The Great Twist
I'm helping a cooking class that wants to record the instructor's prep/cooking area to project it to their class projector, and also record the lesson for posterity.

No one here is much of an AV person so I'm looking for suggestions. Our only requirements are:
Overhead system that views the workspace.
We have power on location, but need to wirelessly stream it to the PC about 10 feet away.
Budget conscious - we don't need 4K 60fps or any of that.

My first thought was to browse through some classroom document cameras with the manoeuvrable arms but at closer look I don't think they go high enough and would probably get in the way, and I don't know if they'd deal with the field of view we're looking for. Dealing with the cooktop heat and steam might also be problematic for something that close. We might need some kind of video camera attached to a boom stand or something, but I might be way overengineering it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
