For me, this was easily the weakest movie of the franchise. It's certainly not bad, but for the most part I just found it boring. I think it's because for the majority of the movie Wick is fighting faceless goons (sometimes literally). Coming after Chapter 2's assortment of colorful assassins, this was a major disappointment. Even the non-fighting characters were fairly bland, like the Elder basically just being a stereotypical sultan. The settings were also usually anonymous, particularly in Morocco.

That being said, there's a lot to like. Anjelica Huston's character was very cool and Wick's meeting with her was visually astounding. My favorite parts of the movie were any time Mark Dacasco and his ninja clan made an appearance. What was great about them is that the movie didn't try to do anything clever with them. They're just ninjas, and it's been like 25 years since we've seen a movie with straight up ninjas as the main antagonist. The dog stunts in the Morocco fight were also very good.
