Yeah I was legitimately surprised to learn that they were making a sequel to it. Especially considering EA's predominant attitude towards singleplayer games. But in the time I was gone, they did remaster the original C&C games and announced a remake of the original Dead Space, which is set to release in January. So maybe someone at EA actually doesn't have their head up their rear end regarding anything that isn't heavily-monetized multiplayer looter-shooter.
