I hesitate to call this a "best read" because the subject matter is pretty upsetting, but 50s girl groupon is doing an amazing job of documenting their challenges with Hodgkin's lymphoma in PMF. It's something else. They went into the hospital thinking they had Covid and then everything went to hell.
