It's GMT+3 right now but it won't be a big deal. It'll run from 5 pm to 5 am your time but you're always free to PM shortlists to others (I'm usually around), and provided it gets to your turn during the dead period you can pick then as well. If you get skipped then just make your pick whenever you're available. It helps if you (and everyone) turn on private messages because I occasionally give folks a reminder if I see them falling behind.
