So if you're the worst team in the league, you're getting the first pick, then everyone else gets to pick and then finally you get to pick again. There are 14 weeks this season so we'll have 11 regular season games. Doing 2 games/week lets us play division opponents twice (8 games over 10 weeks) and almost every other team once (14 remaining games out of 15 remaining opponents) for 22 total games. Or we can set it up to play the 8 divisional games with 3 bye weeks and play 11 out of division opponents with the rest of the schedule for 19 total games. Standings are based on overall record with the first tie breaker division record and the second points. I do really like it.

However, this might allow for a good opportunity to have our league have two commissioners, as my Ph.D. work has been keeping me sadly absent from y'all more than I would like.
