It’s time for a new Goon Dynasty Fantasy Football league! <League Name TBD> Want to build a team made up of experienced NFL players to crush the competition early? Prefer to flex your scouting muscles and build a pipeline of young talent to create the next dynasty? Will you hoard QB talent? Set out to prove Zero RB true? Team ‘Who needs stud WRs’? Or are you going to draft elite TE after elite TE and crush the rest of us? This is the league for you. In an effort to encourage of different drafting and team building philosophies, roster and scoring settings are designed to try and make all positions more equal than a standard league. Inspired by the Scott Fish Bowl and Goon Fish Bowl, here are the basics: 12 Team League $25 Annual League Fees Balanced Positional Scoring! (Based on Scott Fish Bowl 9 Scoring) Superflex (can start up to two QBs) 3 flex positions Limited Devy Elements Lineups: Start: 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 3 Flex 1 Superflex No K or DEF! Rosters: Roster Size: 26 Taxi Squad: 4 Owners can draft and roster up to 2 college players (Devy) each year to hold on their taxi squad, and fill the rest with rookies. Scoring: .5 PPFD .5 PPR .5 Point Premium for TE receptions, .5 Point Premium for TE First Downs 6 point passing TDs, -4 for INTs Video Game Bonus*: +5 points for 300 yards passing, 50 yards rushing, 50 yards receiving. *Open to discussing this one if we want to keep or remove Draft: Year One: 30 round start up draft includes rookie & devy players Year 2 and Beyond: 4 Round Combined Rookie/Devy Draft: We have had good success and longevity with a similar Goon league that started a few years ago (Spreadsheet Wars).
