I desperately wish I were exaggerating, but those are the exact terms we use. We also use the flight PBED whiteboard process, even when it's completely inappropriate. Like, I could almost understand using it for OCO stuff where you could encounter a human element of resistance, but we use it for things like upgrading rules on a firewall.
