6 Superbowl rings for Tom. Season 7 of this league. Coincidence? No, I planned it that way.

Year 7 is on. We're moving the league to sleeper.com

The current draft date for year 7, 2020 is set for Aug 21st, at 11:00AM EASTERN. Note: This is a slow draft, players have up to 24 hours ot make a slection

It is a live non-snaking draft, and participation is recommended but you can be auto-drafted if you don't make it.
The keeper set deadline is August 26th Beginning of Day. If you fail to set your keepers, your first 15 picks will be kept.

� Keeper submission deadline is 1 week prior to the draft
� Pick trade deadline is end of day Friday before the draft (not timezone specific)
      - Pick trades MUST swap an equal number of picks due to Software limitations. (Player X and Pick X for Pick Y)[i] EX: Bob's Julian Jones and Round 7 �for� Ted's Round 2. [/i]
      - Pick trades may be made mid-season (prior to the determination of draft order) by round, and may not be "protected" or include other additional clauses. Pick trades can be made for the two nearest drafts, 
        but not beyond.

Posting Players List - 8/28 ( I just take a beer sheet and delete all the keepers then paste the remaining list here). It's by no means comprehensive but it helps with planning a little bit.

Does anyone remember what happened last year with draft pick trades? Did NFL.com do it for us then I overrode it?

Yeah, I made a manual draft board to account for pick trades and I think NFL went and adjusted from there, essentially nulling the trades. I'll leave them put this year and see how badly it gets hosed up.

Oh you won't know until after you have to select your keepers.

I'm trying to access last year's draft recap to give you an idea of who was out there, but every link I click on is redirecting me to a generic "Join a fantasy league!" page.

Nah I know I won't know who people are keeping / releasing, but it would be useful to know what the free agent pool looks like. On second thought, maybe not so much, I'm new to dynasty!

I thought we'd listed keepers & such in the previous thread, but it looks like we ran into the same "there's no easy way to get this information" problem last year.

Speaking of last year's problems, here's the yearly reminder that NFL.com makes auto-draft selections near-instantaneously, so if you aren't logged in and set up to make selections manually when the draft starts there's a good chance you'll end up with "the best player available" instead of the one you wanted.

This was my first dynasty league too. I took over a very bad team and my first draft pick was Corey Coleman. Naturally I was not very successful. The next season I drafted Kamara and McCaffery and missed the playoffs on some dumb tiebreaker. Last year I won it all. A true rags to riches story worthy of Hollywood. You should do that next.

Fyi part of the pick trade has to include a pick. The workaround for this has been trading like Pick 7 for Player X and the good pick you're buying. if that makes sense.

Once you guys have your keepers picked, you or I CAN post them here prior to the lock date, it will just get confusing if you're not sure you're set on your keepers yet so don't tell me you're locked and loaded unless you're locked and loaded. Either way, I'll have the list out after lock regardless. Best advice I can give is make sure you keep a solid team because the draft is very slim pickings and basically a joke after round 3 followed by kickers and defenses towards the end.
