had big-leaf ripe puerh today tea is good, but find black tea the least exciting as a whole give me white, oolong (wuyi, anxi, phoenix, doesn’t matter) green and puerh any day |

Goin' strong with the oolong. Dark out today and there was a pretty heavy downpour today. Apparently we have a pretty serious typhoon headed our way this weekend. I'll need to remember to grab some snacks and stuff since I probably won't be able to leave the house for a bit.

I make my own doenjang too and miso is just one more step, so it's pretty easy for me right now. Someday I will make soy sauce and send it to people. Someday. |
