My small understanding of this is the defendant doesnt get to decide whether charges are pressed in this capacity. Now that the allegations have been stated the DA has the option to review for possible criminal penalties.

All this great game talk and no one has mentioned MIN @ GB. The games are usually close and we get to see if Rodgers continues to struggle and if MIN can continue to establish the run Gonna be a good game.
