Kirk Cousins just earned $132,211 per completion today while also turning the ball over 3 times.

Avg yards per completion? 6.9

Getting Brissett that up to speed considering how fast the Luck thing went down is impressive, in my view. The defense plays well, the offense is doing pretty well considering a changing of the guard. I'd honestly say Reich is a good coach.

I can't really say the same of Vrable. I don't know what to make of him. If he's gone tomorrow, whatever. If he's here for another three years, I doubt this team is smart enough to hire anyone better anyway.

I think you guys have a good team. I though we were losing the game when you got the last position. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

What the Ravens could use in my mind is a real Marshall Faulk or Charlie Garner style pass catching RB. It would fit the offense we're trying to run well and since we're not using WRs that much.

That’s what I was saying? Don’t put the game on Cousins completing a fourth and 7.

You guys are good too. It felt very evenly matched, even between errors, which is why I'm grousing on some decisions so hard because it was so drat close. It just comes down to seeing how Vrable handled a fourth down compared to how Reich handled a forth down, and it literally changed the game because it takes away a full minute from Mariota's final drive.

Rematch should be interesting, though I'm betting it goes Indianapolis's way again.

I decided to look at the Bengals subreddit and made a post about Thom Brennaman being a horrible unwatchable broadcaster who somehow got grandfathered into broadcasting like every Cincinnati sport forever because of his dad and it got instantly deleted.

It makes me appreciate this Safe Space where I can post about how Thom Brennaman being a horrible unwatchable broadcaster who somehow got grandfathered into broadcasting like every Cincinnati sport forever because of his dad. Thank you.

Initially I took your statement the same way. It read a bit weird in my head. But I see what you're saying.

My take away from that game is that the Packers offense has a lot of potential, but they're still very sloppy. They were dogshit in short yardage situations even though they were putting together drives and generally moving the ball well. Throw in a couple turnovers when it looked like they might ice the game and it's real lucky they went up 3 scores immediately.

it is really hard to watch a sport where guys who are good and exciting retire before their time, or continue to play out despite not having it any more while Tom Brady continues to not age and win rings. It's possible that Cam and Andrew Luck, two of the most exciting football prospects and sure-fire number one draft picks of my lifetime play less time combined than that garbage human being and don't win a single ring between the two of them and the first week or so of this season has really hammered that home for me. it's like watching some wall street douche walk down the street and find a hundred dollars stuck to his foot, which he then uses to buy a stupid hat, all while everyone at his firm has to work 80 hours a week just to pay rent

Brady never takes a hit and rarely puts himself in a position to get hurt running some stupid play like a read option or whatever. QB's who like to run have a short shelf life.
