If any further are called you get a 5 yard penalty and a 10 second runoff.

So the difference was both teams having injured players. I think that's how it went anyways, maybe there was a ten second runoff and I didn't notice yeah, the 10 second runoff in this case was mitigated by Atlanta also being forced to call a timeout due to the injuries I was more explaining the general case because it's rare to see 1 extra timeout, much less 2.
