I'd like to iterate that in some places, water is not available, so in the case that it is not, it is key to inform folks that you can smother the fire with sand or dirt and achieve the same effect as dousing with water it's still acting on the fire tetrahedron by denying the fire the oxygen it needs to propagate, so it should be included as well
