Kibayasu posted:I think what I heard was if you are trained in CPR you should absolutely still do the 2 breaths but for someone untrained or unwilling to make mouth contact (mostly the latter) then only doing chest compressions still results in some air movement into the lungs and is better then nothing happening. But that could be one of those rumours that spreads because it seems sensible on its surface. That's basically true. Compressions simulate heart beating and makes your blood flow with oxygen to your brains and other body parts. Getting more O2 from lungs only helps if it is actually going somewhere. Finnish standard for non-medics is compressions only until a medic arrives. Next important one is use of guiding defibrillator if the store has one. Ventilation is the last priority and only if you know what you are doing.

Finland uses a lot of slip lanes and separate signals for right turns instead.

Nah. 3% is a bargain, when it would be the #1 selling point of the machine over other ones without it. Also getting rich, because you personally develop something that makes general well being of people better is IMHO pretty kosher reason to get rich.

They didn't do it! It was the meddling kid and the other cars following the road rules, that are to blame.

You literally almost murdered a kid. I don't know how Americans do it, but here if cars in one lane are stopped for any reason and I mean any, you must stop too and check is it safe to pass.

Here we go again. Lets assume you don't care about the kid. What if the car on the next lane stopped, because they spotted a huge mammal heading to the road? Collision with a Moose, Cow, Horse, Bison or an Elephant will gently caress up your car. Maybe you and/or your family too. That's why you should have stopped. Because a stopped car on road is usually a sign that something might be wrong. Edit: Or go for another hazard. Maybe they spotted expanding sinkhole. Or they spotted another cargo ship heading straight toward the bridge you're about to cross. Issaries fucked around with this message at 18:06 on Apr 17, 2024 |

Are those kind of things standard in America? My dryer doesn't have an exhaust pipe. It has a small filter at the front, that I empty between each load.
