Had a really bad anxiety attack on Christmas brought on by an excess of edibles. I seriously thought I was having a stroke. Woke up my roommate to call 911. They got there and determined that I wasn't having a stroke. Now I'm constantly anxious because I feel like all my minor aches and pains are symptoms of something serious even though it was nothing before. I'm just constantly terrified that I'm having a heart attack everytime I feel a slight pain anywhere near my chest and I'm googling symptoms. I just want to relax.

Might have had a heart attack. Chest pains similar to Christmas. Stone sober. In ER Waiting.

Was advised to restrict caffeine and other stimulants. Gonna sleep while watching JJSB1, haven't seen it yet.

Day 3. Anxiety still has me thinking something is wrong with me physically and I just missed the cut off for open enrollment for work health insurance. And this airstrike poo poo isn't helping.

Anxiety is slowly fading away (or I'm just getting used to it, idk), turns out cutting out caffine, weed, sugar and bread all at once is a hell of an adjustment so my body is loving freaking out. no heart attack though, so yay. I'm probably never picking up weed again. Not that I hate it, but considering that the last time I used it it drove me to a panic attack I think I would be in a bad headspace if I took it up again anytime soon, you stoner goons do you. Between medical insurance companies right now, which sucks, but I may qualify for state health so it's not all bad news. Minimum wage has gone up, so my hours got slashed. I consider that a blessing in disguise though because work loving sucks with or without weed. I hope to report more positive changes next time I post. Have a pleasant evening!

So I quit McDonald's a while ago after I had a complete nervous breakdown and moved back up to Seattle near my family in an attempt to recover. I'm doing better and working a job in the produce department at a chill store with union benefits so that's nice. Ready to return to wrestleposting with you all.
