WHAT IS A CENTRIST Anyone who looks at this image and sees themself  TYPES OF CENTRISTS Socially liberal/fiscally conservative. Known as libertarian-lite, elitists, or simply "centrists." The default politic of someone doing well. This type is what the term centrist usually refers to. Tend to be uptight and condescending. Losing popularity in recent years but still control the world. Examples: Bloomberg, NYT columnists, Third Way Democrats, the UK Lib-Dems Socially conservative/fiscally liberal. Known as nazbol-lite, populists, or reverse centrists. The default politic of someone who's been hosed over. Interestingly, going by what policies they favor, the average American is this. Tend to be down-to-earth and charismatic but ignorant. Gaining traction in recent years but still not taken seriously. Examples: Five-Star Movement, Primary Trump, Catholics, Brexit, New Tucker Carlson, welfare chauvinists "Whatever works." People who see left-right divisions as hindrances to truth or progress and pick their political stances a la carte. Ideas can be contradictory, half-baked or easily influenced due to the lack of theory holding them together. Can be mistaken for libertarians due to their similar neurological tendency. Not very common because politics incentivizes comprehensive ideologies to hold together coalitions. Examples: Joe Rogan, Andrew Yang, me People whose every political stance is at the exact center of all possibilities. Known as True Centrists and Prophesied Centrists. Absolute gods. I'll be the fool to make a serious post since I'm being goofed on by these players and jocks. One must seek to find a middle ground or be doomed to go over the political curb and end up crumpled up on the side of the road. We must make concessions to the other side if we wish to bridge the divide in our modern society. This is why I believe the answer lies somewhere between full socialism and complete communism. If this is something I will be ridiculed for, I will gladly crawl my lovely diapered up baby rear end back to the more polite forum.
