I'm reading a campaign manual for a Pathfinder game, and one of the guys on the cover looks like either a famous person or a cartoon character that I know. It's driving me crazy because I can't think of who, but they're FAMILIAR. Anyone know who in the gently caress this smug rear end in a top hat looks like???? I had no idea where else to ask such a weird question, but BYOB is pretty chill.  Anyway, wanna help me solve this  mystery?
